We just got back from a great trip to ring in 2010! We left on New Year's Eve Day for Cabo San Lucas, arriving early afternoon. The sun was warm, breezes balmy and scenery enticing.
We planned our trip months ago knowing we would need some time for the three R's after a busy and productive 2009.
We Reflected, Relaxed and Rejuvenated!
Getting back late last night to chilly weather and a list of calls to follow up on (thanks to our capable assistant). It's full steam ahead!
Well, you sly one, you didn't tell me you were off on a trip too. Glad you had a relaxing time. I, at least came back to 82 degree weather and Euope is snowed in right now. I am very glad to be back and I am sure you are back in the saddle and ready to roll.

I promised my husband no computer and I had a very capable agent in the office watching things if my assistant had to call her. She got off easy this time..only had one showing she needed to handle. I presented an offer the night before we left that I knew would have no chance of flying!! It's amazing what some agents will write up and take peoples time!!
You are right I'm back in the saddle again. I approved our Statical Report before I left and it's printed, folded and the boy scout Leader is on his way to pick up. I've got 3 listing appointments set to sign up and actually got a lot of email catching up..only thing is we are cold!! We are not suppose to be this cold at this time of the year!!
