Jay, remember those chickens :)
Or better yet remember 1978............LOL
Ann, we'll be in Bar Harbor in a couple of weeks you and Bear should come on up.
I love it when you take me back to my New England years. These are fabulous photos. And lucky people live there all year round, imagine that!
George, thank goodness we have the Celtics with a good past. I don't have to look too far in the past to see how the Sox have made a turnaround. Just look to 2004 and being down 3 games to none we fought back and swept the Yanks and the Cardinals 8 in a row. Our 1978 is like your 2004. Have a great day George and the Yankee/Sox rivalry lives on. LOL
Celeste, thanks for stopping by and yes there are many more beautiful sunsets her on the East Coast. But, Hawaii has so many more and we need to get back out there in the near future.
Carole, That was the one thing I missed about living in Minnesota and Atlanta the.. Ocean... Another plus is we have the mountains and lakes to enjoy too.
Those photos are breath taking!
You and Monika could take the RV to Jamestown, RI and then take the ferry to Newport?
Jay...thanks for commenting on my recent post. Also, I enjoyed reading this piece. Oceaan Point is a future destination for me...for sure
Geno
That sure looks like a beautiful place Jay. I am attracted to places that are near the water. Is it warm enough to swim there in the summertime or is the water cold year round? I have never been in Atlantic Ocean that far up north.
Hey Jay & Moni,
I think you've provided us with some really good ideas about where to go take some time off. Thanks for this beautiful post!
