Anchorage Recycling Center resumes Plastic Bag and Film Recycling

Plastic bag and film recycling resumes at the Anchorage Recycling Center The Anchorage Recycling Center will again be taking plastic bags and film for recycling at their community drop off center off Dowling Road. Please be advised that plastic bags are not accepted in Alaska Waste’s curbside recycling program. The bags get tangled in equipment during the sorting process.
