Foremost, I would like to furnish you some background on myself and how I became an skilled investor on government owned homes. I am a full-time real estate investor.

I started my real estate career as an investor (I am not a REALTOR) thirty years ago. I study everything I could about HUD foreclosure distress properties, however the best education was buying and selling numerous government foreclosed homes over the years. At the present time when I visit the offices of real estate agents; I am know to as the HUD man.

I think government foreclosed homes present huge profit opportunities. I have made blunders buying and selling distress homes and I want to keep you from making the same mistakes.

Investors are the last line of purchase. Teachers, fire fighters polic nurses atc get first crack then an owner occupant than an investor.

FYI I would suggest you refine your post to your stae and region as you can not service HUD properties outside of your state

You the Realtor apply your ethics, morals, and honesty to it, you are in life a hero, and you are in control, and how you play it, announces the end result of a hero. You save the economy by selling one house at the time. You the Realtor are what it really means to be a "Hero."
