New local Austin company debuts fantastic new chip Beanitos Bean Chips! Find out where they are available now!

A new company called Bean Brand Foods just launched a great new healthy chip called Beanitos Bean Chips. The company was created by two brothers: Doug and Dave Foreman. This innovative chip is completely corn-free, made from whole beans and has a number of health benefits: high protien, high fiber, high in Omega 3's, certified low glycemic, and 100% gluten-free. The health benefits are wonderful, but the chips simply taste too good to be good for you. Beanitos also hold up well for making nachos and are great for dipping in salsa, hummus or guacamole. They have two varieties: Black Bean and Pinto Bean with Flax Seeds, both are delicious!

Dear Sharon,

They are not quite that far southeast yet. It should happen soon. In the mean time you can order some from www.Beanitos.com. These chips are so good for you, that you could just about live on them and water and be just fine. I am addicted to Beanitos and I have lost about 10 pounds in last few months because I have given up corn chips for Beanitos!

Dear Jim,

The name just lets you know what it is since it is a brand new innovative chip that nobody has ever made before. Ask any vegetarian about beans and they will tell you it is one of their main sources of protein. Beanitos Bean Chips make a great base for nachos and hold up well once microwaved to melt the cheese. With any luck they will be in Von's and Trader Joe's soon.

Dear Sallie,

It is just how Amazon works things with new products. They call it the Crawl/Walk/Run sales approach. Since Beanitos is an unknown product they require people to request it and when orders are placed then and only then will they replenish their supply. So Ask for the "product notification" and as soon as a shipment arrives they can prepare your order to ship out. I have it on a good authority that Beanitos/Bean Brand just sent Amazon another order. In New York you can find them in King Kullen or request that your grocery manager place their first order through UNFI (United Natural Foods) It's the distirbutor that 99% of natural foods or specialty stores order through up that way. You can also have them order retail direct through snacksos.com and for all you consumers you can order through beanitos.com and snackwarehouse.com !
