Thanks guys..aw, cut it out. (Turning ten shades of red). Video is king..it gets you face to face with the buyer..like knocing on doors and the open house is anytime the buyer has a moment or two.

Love the way you provide details and tidbits that make a big difference to buyers and make the house seem more human.  Also, you have thought of everything that the new buyers could need, extra freezer space, window views, pointing out it's light and bright.  

Video is on my list to incorporate in 2010!  (I know I shouldn't have waited this long, but better late than never.)
