Interest Rates going up soon?

We all know the historically low interest rates will not last forever. This means it is still a very good time to buy a house. Or, for that matter, a great to sell also as there are more buyers. But how long will all this last? Above is a great article from the National Post that goes in depth as to what is going to happen with interest rates in the future... Mike I feel like they will start rising also. The prospect of this is a scary one.

If the banks don't loosen up giving loans it isn't going to matter what the interest rates are!  With all the foreclosures and bankruptcy's something is going to have to change.  Don't you think?  It is a scary time.

Yes Carla, that is true the banks are still a big problem. Did you see my post on getting mortgages from a local bank? The video in that link truly fantastic. I'll post the link to that post here but if not just click on my blog and go back 4 posts. Please share that video with as many people as you can. It will help the banking situation!
