Well we have come to end of 2009. It's time to look at the home sales for 2009. The table below shows the homes sales in Old Orchard have been pretty brisk. The average Old Orchard home sold for 96% of asking price took an average of 3.2 months to sell.
What does this all mean? Homes that are priced right are selling quickly.
Does this mean that every house that is listed for sale will sell quickly?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Very good recap of Cherry Hill NJ real estate Market Leander. Looks like our DOM's are about the same. Here's to a very healthy 2010!
