Photos that Sell Houses

Real Estate Agent with Photographer, Home Stager, ePRO

Taking high quality photos of your listings is critical to getting the house sold.  Not every real estate agent has the "eye" or the equipment to take top quality photos.  Sold Home Staging and Photography offers professional architectural photography that show cases your listings to their best advantatge.

Not only will hiring a professional photographer help you to sell your listing faster but when included in your marketing, it can give you the edge over other competing Realtors. Buyers fall in love with homes before they even walk in the front door.

Statistics from show that the more photos you have on-line, the more views your listing will have.  When those photos make the home look warm and inviting, your in-person traffic will pick up as well.   The more showings, the better chance you have of getting the house sold.  Add Sold Home Staging to your marketing plan and stand out from other agents!

Wendy, GREAT photos really stand out compared to amateur ones. You can take too many photos I have seen with some listings. Happy New Year!

Agreed.  I use a service called floorplanonline who come out, measure the house, do a floorplan with room demensions, take pictures and give a video tour all for about $200.  Money well spent

A good picture can do wonders to market a home properly. A difference between sold and expired!

Good point, I am always amazed at how terrible some online photos are and I pass the house over even though I know better as an agent!
