 Tuolumne County Real Estate Monthly Market Report

December 2009

During December 2009, 54 residential properties closed escrow. The average sale price was $238,542. Forty-eight percent (or 26) of the residential properties that sold were bank owned and 9% (or 5) were short sales. Twenty residential properties went under contract during the month with an average list price of $225,110. Below is the breakdown:

Caron's - Things are not as bad here in the Sierra Foothills as they are in other areas of California. We still have very affordable homes and of course the great scenery.
