Is it the frigid weather that causes this blog block...writers block where you just can't put into words, find the words or just don't know what to say! Well it is especially hard for us newbies & non writers that eeked by.... ( is that a word or should I put it through the Spell checker) in english compostion 101.
My Advice for you in 2010
- K.I.S.S - Keep it short and Simple
- Make a skeleton - Outline it and the flesh will appear!
- Instead of a "today list" do a " BLOG LIST"
- Put a Listing in each week
- Describe an event or a place of interest in your community... new restaurant, historic site, park, anything that might spark some interest... Shoot a Picture and make a comment!
- Help or Educate your buyer or seller with simple Real estate 101 - Financing , Inspections, Legislation, Tax Credits... Put the real Esate Spin on for the week
- Just Do it !
