Gebhardt Group, the home looks lovely. Just a few questions, how many square feet and what is a "keeping room?"

Well, first of all, we don't list square footage on listings in Georgia (unlike almost every other state!), but we can get an approximate square footage in tax records (which is not always correct). So for this home the main living space, main and upper levels, is listed at 3,711, and the basement is listed at 1,929.

As far as a keeping room. It's a strange little animal I've only ever heard of in the South. (We didn't have them in Florida!) It's basically a den/family room that the kitchen opens up to, separate from the great room or the living room. It's an informal gathering space to socialize that is open to the kitchen.

Actually, I just found it online - according to The Free Dictionary, it is a family sitting room. Hope that helps!
