Here are the two investors that took down this house this past Tuesday. They did it together and have agreed in writing to split the costs and profits 50/50. They are both excited to be working together. The senior lady had enough cash to put into this deal. The other investor put the other half into the deal plus will do all the repairs and responsible for the private money monthly interest payments until this house is sold. This is a great example when bringing two highly motivated investors together. They hit it off in five minutes. They went throughout the entire house and developed a game plan to get this house to market value. We can get more deals done by working together.
