This home was purchased at the Arizona Trustee Sale on Tuesday. The investor who purchased this property went through our training services provided to people who wish to learn more about real estate investing before jumping in with two feet. The investor on this property has done fix and flips in the past. He knows today is a great time to fix and flip. However, he did not have enough money to do one deal. He asked me if I had someone in my sphere of influence who would be willing to team up with him to do this deal. I said yes on the spot. TEAN INVESTING Here are the two investors that took down this house this past Tuesday. They did it together and have agreed in writing to split the costs and profits 50/50. They are both excited to be working together. The senior lady had enough cash to put into this deal. The other investor put the other half into the deal plus will do all the repairs and responsible for the private money monthly interest payments until this house is sold. This is a great example when bringing two highly motivated investors together. They hit it off in five minutes. They went throughout the entire house and developed a game plan to get this house to market value. We can get more deals done by working together.

ISLAND Why do many investors want to invest in real estate as if they are an island? Living on a island would be exciting for about one day. It would get boring to see the same banana tree each day. The same goes for real estate investing. I see so many people spend thousands of dollars on real estate education.
