Maple Bay oceanfront point, old growth forest...Vancouver Island beauty!

Very unique and very beautiful -- a 10 acre oceanfront point of land in delectable Maple Bay, a prime waterfront gem on Southern Vancouver Island!

Old growth forest, trails created in the 1920s, easy access oceanfront, beaches/bays,,,swim, kayak, sail, dive...enjoy the wildlife: seals, eagles, deer....

This property has been in the same family since 1900! Very "softly" developed -- it was their family "summer place". 1912 character cottage on site, plus 40s-era boathouse with "suite" above, plus dock.

Sunny (e/s/w exposures), very private, expansive views, very beautiful land. Drilled well developed; generator for power. It is possible to connect to power via cable, or explore 21st century style "off the grid" living. Be self-sufficient, here!
