They definitely deserve that and more. They don't deserve to be hoodwinked at the closing table. Where I've seen buyers ( not mine) find out that their mortgage rates are much higher than they were led to believe; prepayment penalties they didn't know about, etc., etc,. At that point they told it's "take it or leave it"

They absolutely deserve more!
