I recently started growing a full beard. You know....It's the winter. I have no hair on my head and if I ever go skiing, it will keep my face warm. Plus my wife likes it (its her preference actually).
Those all sound like good excuses. I am not sure what I think about it. I have visions of looking cool with the stubble look like Don Johnson. Or maybe I could grow a really long beard like Abe Lincoln. Yeah, that's the ticket. But every year, I usually get the same reaction from at least 2 people

Usually before the end of the winter, its not long enough to look like abes. My hand is not steady enough to trim it like Don Johnson......so I just shave the whole thing off and move on.
