Real Estate Marketing: Seeking Agents for New Pilot "6 Pillar System"

Those who know me personally know I do a lot of real estate marketing (see www.Movoxo.com /media.html for example). 

I'm seeking a handful of people to work with for what will be our most powerful real estate marketing program ever. This program will include your choice of several "pillars of business": Expireds, REOs, Investors, Conventional Listings, FSBOs, relocations, and short sales. 

What's Included: 
1. Landing Page mini-site for each pillar. Recent landing pages include

2. Extensive autoresponder sequences, encompassing not just email, but phone call reminders to you, letters to stamp and mail, and even if you choose 100% hands-free mailed DVDs or postcards or letters. 4. A multi-user wordpress blog. This is well proven for SEO, and is the tactic I use to dominate select phrases in Google (google for "Debt Settlement Website" and see who comes up.. that page is 60% my links!).

6. Some basic training how to work with that pillar. We're not really a training company, but will provide the 20% of the training that yields 80% of the results - so even if you've never handled an REO listing, we'll help you not just look and sound like an REO expert, but truly be qualified to win and close that business. Competing training systems within each niche range from fluffy $47 ebooks to meaty $1400 courses - we just want to get you making money, then you can reinvest into more education if you feel it's needed. 

7. CRM to track you leads, deals, calls, schedule. Sales demos for this will be done early Feb, but we have hundreds of subscribers using this daily, some of whom pay over $800/mo for their office. 

In short, this is designed to be as turn-key as possible.
