Pre-Fabricated Mortgage Websites. Do they work? Which is the best?

I have been looking to update my mortgage website to a more interactive and comprehensive site. I have been looking at the pre-packaged type of site that includes everything. Some of them even claim to send leads. After reading the blog post by Raj Dhaliwal titled, 87 ways to make over $1000000 I decided to ask all of the mortgage people on Active Rain. He is asking about Real Estate sites.

I would like to find out who uses what pre-fabed Mortgage Sites? Do they work? Can you point me in the right direction?

Hey Rey,

I had a Mortgage "x"site from ala mode. It was full-service but I had problems wirh it. I couldn't download my mini apps very easily. But I am considering going back to them, espcially since they've lowered their price.
