Interesting that your open houses are only 1½ or 2 hours. Ours are a minimum of 3 hours, and it's not unusual to find 4- and 5-hour open houses.

Jim-2 hour open houses is the norm, but I would not mind a 4 hour open house in sunny San Diego.
