| Home Buyer Assistance |
According to the most recent REALTORS® Confidence Index, 39 percent of recent buyers purchased a home with a Federal Housing Administration-insured loan. REALTORS® who took part in the November survey also reported that the number of first-time home buyers continued to climb to 51 percent. So it would pay for us to learn everything we can about FHA. Investors and many of the team players they work with to buy, sell, and rent properties will be using a lot more technology in the future. We will be going mobile or virtual to lower costs. But what does "virtual" or "mobile" mean.
