Steve Qualls 2009 NALCOM President

      I want to thank Steve for giving me the opportunity to serve as President for 2010.  He did a terrific job selecting great speakers for us this past year.
     Please feel free to contact me with any speaker suggestions or other activity that would benefit our organization. I hope to use my position as a platform to better get to know the members of NALCOM.   I will do my best to live up to the standard that Steve has set.
 
NALCOM to Offer 3 Hours CE
     I have made tentative arrangements with Bill Moss, CCIM instructor to teach a class on The Cash Flow Model as it applies to a down market and Net Present Value. 
    The class includes spread sheet analysis tools.  This is a great opportunity to take a  CE class that actually applies to commercial real estate practices.
     The Tentative date is March 18, 8:30 am to 11:30 am.  The tentative cost is $40 per student.  We must have minimum of 25 attendees.
Email me  as soon as possible if you are interested in attending this class. Payment must be made by February 18 in order confirm the class.
