Activities abound in the beautiful city of Brecksville Ohio! In the summer enjoy the pools at the community center, hike the miles and miles of the breathtaking park system, play a round or two of golf at Sleepy Hollow, or stroll the gazebo on the square. But when old man winter comes calling, enjoy an evening at the races or dance the night away with the man (or little girl) in your life!

An Evening at the Races
The Brecksville Firefighters Association presents “An Evening at the Races”
at The New Orleans Party Center on Brecksville Road on Saturday, February 6. The doors open at 5:30 pm. A buffet dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. The event is BYOB, beer and soda will be provided. The “races” will be shown on video and are for entertainment purposes only. There will be trophy winning horse owners.
Tickets are $20 per person (adults only) and can be purchased in advance at the Fire Department. For more information contact the Brecksville Fire Department at 526-2640.

This will be a very special evening that fathers, daughters, grandfathers and
granddaughters will remember for a very long time! There will be
a DJ for music and dancing and each couple will receive a photograph that will be taken the evening of the dance. Pizza, pop, punch and cookies will be served.
This is the perfect way to show your loved one how much you care.

Barb, the father/daughter dance sounds like a lot of fun. I just started doing some of these types of activities with my daughter and we had the best time. There is something to be said about spending quality time with our children.
