I thought I would share this staging with all of you!  This home took a lot of work starting with a complete remodel to the end result you see before you!  GOD, I hope the former owner of the house doesn't see this post! :)

We just finished staging this house 6 days ago!  It is now on the market, I'll keep you posted on the quick sale results!!

THIS HOUSE MADE ME ITCH THE FIRST TIME I STEPPED INTO IT WITH THE INVESTOR!

I WANTED TO PUT ON A BUBBLE SUIT! I FELT DIRTY! I CRIED A LITTLE! I WANTED TO BOLT FOR THE DOOR! BUT I DIDN'T GIVE INTO MY THOUGHTS! I PRESSED ON AND GAVE MY RECOMMENDATIONS TO MY CLIENT!

THEN TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER, WE WERE READY TO STAGE IT!

NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME!

You all would not believe the way that it looked before we staged it. After the initial consult, the investor took out ALL the hardwood,put in travertine, added lighting, repainted the whole house and added landscaping. This house will go down in staging history as one of our favs for sure;))

Wayne, the house went on the market on Friday...it is listed at $694,900

Shelly, The living room and master bath are two of my favorite rooms!!  Even with a professional photographer, the photos just don't do it justice! The Investor was so excited she ran out and bought another foreclosure and we are staging it this coming Thursday.

I'm just positive a magic wand was involved somewhere! Also, I positively LOVE that you used 4 matching arm chairs in a seating group. I love this type of arrangement & think sofas & loveseats are highly over-rated.
