Frozen Lake Junaluska in Haywood County NC ~ January 2010.

By
Real Estate Agent

Lake Junaluska was quite a beautiful sight early several mornings ago as the sun was rising … revealing a frozen white layer that is an unusual occurrence here in Haywood County NC. I love the color of the first two photos before the sun crept over the top of the mountains and cast a different light on the pictures.

As day dawned, the ducks found a spot!

Wow!!! I can see that you have something in your skies other than grey. It has been cloudy for several days now. Nice Pictures...

Awesome pics as usual. How often does that lake freeze over?

Wow! It really has been a very different sight seeing the lake and rivers covered in white, but at least the sun is shining! We always enjoy your photos and video tours of Haywood County, NC.
