Be a doer  

Do what has to be done, be a doer and let the other people watch.  

When a watcher complains about what you're doing, let them complain their opinion doesn't matter. You are doing what has to be done. It also might be the only time a watcher does anything.  

A doer sets the pace when others are sitting on the sideline watching.  

A doer achieves while the watchers are thinking about it and taking no action.   

A doer crosses the finish line while the watcher doesn't know the race started.  

Be the doer.

I like that! Thanks for the post...as president of the Estes Park Board of Realtors, I get some watchers complaining. I'm getting better at letting it roll off my back.
