9651 Lakeside in Ypsilanti Township Michigan

This condo is located in the Pointe at Island Lake. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with many upgrades. The last of the floor plans being built. This seller has hardly lived here so it still has that new smell. Huge master bedroom closet. It could actually be a nursery.

There is a flex room that is currently being used as a formal dining room but could easily be used as a office. Hardwood floors in the kitchen and formal dining room.

Lots of bright open space. It is a end unit so has more windows and extra parking. The seller is leaving all the appliances including the washer and dryer. Over 1546 S.F. of living space. Just minutes to the expressways and in Lincoln Consolated Schools.

Gorgeous club house and pool.

You can look at this and other houses at Search Ann Arbor Houses.

Missy, great post highlighting your Ypsilanti Township condo for sale! Great pictures and good information

It sounds BEAUTIFUL!!!  I can't believe the closet is big enough to be a NURSERY!  That's a closet's dream come true!!

PS...Can you please send me the "Brandon's Girl" pronounciation of that town?

Missy I hope you will have a quick sale.  The condo looks nice and good commuting location.  In my area both units and price have seen gains in the condo market unlike single family detached.

Missy - This a great looking condo, love the way the roof pitches, then slopes.

Missy - we do not use the term flex room - I like that - think this listing I am working on tonight which has a bonus room - which is a term so over used in our area I will call it a flex room... thanks - oh and great info

Chris, I need a buyer !

Susie, I had a hard time with the pronuciation when I first moved here. I won't even write how I pronounced it. But, it is Yps A Lan Tea.

Jennifer, It is priced below what my seller paid.

Paula, it is only 2 years old and very nice.

Thesa, some people are getting a way from formal dining rooms and using them for offices or play rooms so somehow the lingo got adopted for a flex room. I see bonus rooms over the garages, becauses most people have basements in Michigan. We are slowly calling them Lower Levels.

interesting architectural design and new smell is good aromatherapy..It seems to make the consumer more excited when they view a brand new ..never lived in home. Nice photos.

Great pictures...does that pool turn to an ice rink in October?  I'm from Kalamazoo...I know the weather ;)  Susie..it's "Ip-si"!

Leah, yes you do know the weather. I think Kalamazoo gets more snow than Ann Arbor or Ypsi.

Missy this condo looks fantastic. I loved the exterior shape. I am surprised to see an outdoor pool in MI!

Missy,

I like the front balcony and the pool looks wonderful.  I haven't made it to our neighborhood pool in several weeks and it is just a few steps from the house.

Ashley, we do have a few pools in complexes but they rarely get used.

Rita, I know and understand, I have not been to the cottage much this summer either. Maybe in August ?

Yea, I know it would. The only people not sticker shocked moving to Ann Arbor are East and West Coast people.
