It's that time of year we like to take a look at the final statistics for home sales for the previous year. This report deals specifically with single family waterfront homes for sale on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake in 2009.

A search of the Coeur d'Alene MLS shows that as of December 31, 2009, there were 47 waterfront homes for sale on Coeur d'Alene Lake. This inventory is less than half the number that were for sale in August, when the total number of waterfront homes for sale stood at 98. The active listings range in price from $279,000 to $7,500,000, with an average price of $1,531,746. The list price per square foot ranges from $188.53 to $1,169.57 with an average of $508.07. Total square feet range from 470 to 9,736 with an average of 3,073.
