Thanks for insights into your part of the country - seems December 2008 was really the worst. Is the market really looking up - even slightly?

The Lehigh Valley is one of the areas that has not been hit hard by the economy.  It still showed some growth.  With the new economic stimulus in place, we are looking at a slightly better market this spring.
