There should be an emergency heating coil in the system for the realllllly cold days, perhaps in FL they dont install that piece of the system???
Barbara Jo, BRRRRR, I know what you mean. It was 30 in Naples this a.m. Relief is on the way. It is going to finally get up to sixty today. :-)

Barbara-Jo, I discovered the same thing yesterday! But, I have auxiliary heat and had to take advantage of that......I hate to be cold!!!!
We live in cold winter country, and my husband explains this to people frequently. Try to stay warm!

It's been unusually cold where I live too Barbara Jo. I set my heater at 65. I hate paying the bill, I think they drastically over charge.

Chris - All power companies over charge - I would love to go off the grid!!! I know a couple of people who have done it!
