FreeConference.com
A site to set up free phone conferencing (free to the person setting up the conference, that is: everyone pays their own long distance charges to be in on the conference call). Very simple to use, clear connections.
ScienceMadeSimple.com
This is a great site for, among other things, converting currency. I use it when communicating with a buyer prospect from another country so they have a real understanding of the selling price in their own currency. It’s also good for other conversions and answers to a myriad of science topics.
HoaxBusters.com
Great for checking out those ominous messages about how your computer is about to be chewed up and destroyed, how the UPS drivers are being trained as terrorists and other myths that we keep getting warmed about via emails from our friends!
eLance.com
The place to go for bids on projects related to graphic arts and computer. Need an animation for your website, some design work – cheap? I had 41 bids on my project to design a new corporate identity. Most expensive was $450. I chose one for $300 and was well satisfied with the results.
GetLogos.com
For $25, you can get a quick take on a logo for your new URL or company name.
wwlaw.com/nl.htm One of the best tax reference sites regarding real estate I've seen. It answers many questions that come up and it also makes you look like the right source to important clients.
Packet8.net
This is a great tool to get a business or personal phone number with one fee and no other long distance fees. Works anywhere in the world. A VOIP service
SiteProNews.com
This site is filled with search engine optimization ideas.
HighRankings.com
Jill Whalen’s search engine ranking site. She sends you periodic updates. Her report is called “High Rankings Advisor”.
AnyWho.com
This has been a great resource for our FSBO program using the reverse directory. It has also helped us with farming as you can click on the street name to get ALL other names and addresses for that street (great for 8 touch programs, just listed/solds, etc.). We have literally added hundreds of names to our database using this and very few addresses/names have been incorrect.
LastMinute.com
This is a last minute travel site, that allows you to combine some of the hottest travel deals on the Web on airlines, hotels and/or cars packages. The folks at Site59.com actually power many of the airlines “last minute deal” packages. Go directly to the mother site – and you get most of the airline’s best package deals in one easy site!
MapQuest.com
I love using this site for travel, both in the States and Internationally. It was invaluable on our recent trip to Italy when we were navigating between 3 or 4 towns in Tuscany and the main airports. Also great for getting driving directions to new listings in areas you’re not familiar with!
Continental.com
Click on the Travel Center, then click the Destination Information – and then select the area, country or state. You can get the weather, currency exchange, and best of all, you can print a mini-guide to that country and/or city! Even if you don’t fly Continental, this is a great travel resource that’s quick & easy to use.
www.melissadata.com/lookups/phonelocation.asp The place to look up area codes and see where someone is calling from. Zip codes, too.

RealtyTimes.com I read the Realty Times Newsletter www.RealtyTimes.com every morning as well as using their archives to search for information.
HowStuffWorks.com
I enjoy HowStuffWorks for information on everything from a good overview of wireless technology prior to purchasing a Bluetooth phone and headset to checking out the new technology from the last Consumer Electronics Show.
SalesTraq.com
I highly recommend this New Construction site that I have a link to on my website. They aren't in all markets yet, but perhaps some markets have something similar. It is a site that allows for searches of new construction and property floor plans. It is free for the builders to send in their information, and there is a nominal fee to subscribe to the service. It is a true lifesaver, and I paid for it within a week of having it on my site.
Cabq.gov
I also recommend having a good site to utilize for searching your city/town information. Our local site, www.cabq.gov is a lifesaver for searching crime statistics, city services, and even gardening and landscaping plans for low water usage. I have a link on my site as well as telling every new customer about it. If your city doesn't have such a comprehensive site, recommend one, and help them put it together!

MyFico.com
Your FICO score....and more.
BestPlaces.net Compare cities: neighborhood profiles, crime statistics, cost of living, community profiles and more.
GoToMyPC.com Talk about convenience backing up files! I can synchronize my database easily. I just backup or synchronize to my 'C' Drive, log onto GoToMyPC, transfer the file to my home computer, synchronize or backup, and transfer the new synchronized file back to the office. I can literally synchronize 4 computers on Online Agent in about 15 minutes.
eBay.com & Yahoo.com Auctions
If I need some software, like WinFax, I will go online to eBay, see how much they are selling for, then go to Yahoo and it is usually quite a bit less. Just about anything you need is on there. I bought a backup HP12C calculator because it was so cheap. You can find all kinds of things like fax machines, document scanners, scanners, electronic tape measures, and more.
