Cinco Ranch continued to thrive in the 4th quarter of 2009. As on of the strongest brand names in Houston Real Estate, Cinco Ranch has flourished even more than some other powerful Katy communites.
Between October and December, 215 homes closed in Cinco Ranch. The average home was only on the market for 60 days and sold for about $300,000 or $97 per square foot. The average home was 3100 square feet.
Home sold from about $120,000 to over $1,000,000. Cinco Ranch was recently bolstered by new high end shopping and dining, so look for the community to continue to thrive.
