I was going through me email this morning and came across a quote that I think is appropriate every time of the year, but even more so at this time of the year. Many people look at the first part of the year as a time to reorganize, renew, and explore any way to do a better job at their business, home and personal lives. The quote that I came across is from the Great American Poet Carl Sandburg.
"Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you."
This is so true, YOU control how you spend your time. YOU can control whether you are doing the most profitable thing possible at any given time, just as YOU can control if you're wasting your time. The key point is the it is up to YOU how you will spend your time, Mr. Sandburg is correct, if YOU don't control how you use your time, someone (or something) else will. Make it a great day!
