These new federal RESPA guidelines are frustrating. Majority of lenders are now suffering for the few bad apples out there. Almost makes you not want to poke your head out of your office but we know that cant happen. Just gotta buckle down. learn the rules, and hunker down and pray to above that you're doing it right. In reality its causing more confusion for all parties involved. The good news is that i am having more sucess with gaining client's confidence earlier in the process.

Dan, from what I have seen it seems the new RESPA guidelines will confuse the customer even more. But what are we to do? I guess we will all have to just roll with the punches. LOL!
