Blood Sweat and Tears!

If you have never owned a home or have had a financial problem that caused credit issues,  the thought of purchasing a home may be terrifying.  You have probably heard horror stories from the friend that has a friend that has a friend who had to give their kidney to buy a home.  I would like to assure you that buying a home is not as difficult and scary if you have knowledgeable people helping you every step of the way.

Anxiety is completely natural when it comes to buying a home.  Wikipedia defines anxiety as: "Anxiety is a generalized mood condition that occurs without an identifiable triggering stimulus. As such, it is distinguished from fear, which occurs in the presence of an observed threat. Additionally, fear is related to the specific behaviors of escape and avoidance, whereas anxiety is the result of threats that are perceived to be uncontrollable or unavoidable."  Anxiety about purchasing a home can be eased by speaking with a professional in the mortgage and real estate business that can answer the many questions you may have.  Once your questions are answered you will feel more in control of the situation and able to make decisions that will benefit your family for years to come.

The MORTGAGE!  The mortgage process does require a lot of paperwork these days.  They will ask for your financial information but they will not be asking for your blood type...at least not yet!  Speaking with a mortgage professional up front will ease your anxieties about how much it will cost you to get into the home as well as how much your monthly payments will be.  You can then shop for a home knowing that you are looking at homes you can comfortably afford.  Who knows, you may be able to pay less per month that you are paying in rent!

The REALTOR!  You are not saving yourself money by not using Realtor!  Sure your Realtor can get you access to just about any house on the market but your Realtor is there to make sure the transaction is completed in your best interest.  Your agent will negotiate the contract for you, saving you the agony of dealing directly with the seller (who of course is looking out for their best interest).  The Realtor will be one of your most trusted friends by the time you close on your house...let them sweat it out!

Tears...oh the joy that comes with home ownership!  At the closing on your new home you may cry over your hand hurting due to the thousands (ok maybe not thousands) of papers that you must sign.  You may think to yourself, I already know my name why do I need to practice my handwriting?   Soon after the signing your tears of joy will stream as you realize you now have a place to call your own.  The yard is yours, the carpet is yours, the plumbing problems are yours...oh sorry that opens another vat of tears!
Call me today!  Let me help you thru the blood sweat and tears of homeownership.  I have years of experience in the Collin County area and multiple contacts that will make your transaction smooth.  I look forward to hearing from you soon!  www.waynewarshawsky.com
