The high-end condo, beachfront market continues to show signs of movement in the mid-summer market, a traditionally slower selling season.  The high-end, beachfront condo market experienced a surge in activity at the end of season and post-Easter.  We continue to see some activity in the high-end condo market with the recent addition of a pending sale in Cozumel.

What is a pending sale?  A pending sale represents a property that is under contract or pre-closing process.  During the pending process, Buyers perform all tasks necessary for the closing such as home inspections, appraisals, title searches (by selected title company), attorney review, 1031 paperwork, and financing/cash.
