As 2010 revs up I, like most people, am taking inventory of what I have accomplished in 2009 and what I need want to accomplish in 2010!

I slacked off quite a bit in the end of 2009 with Active Rain - I made a change in my career by moving from Weichert Realtors to Re/Max All Pros in Turnersville, NJ. With the holidays and the stress of the move I decided to give my self a break!  After all, when you are the boss, you get to make the rules!

So far, so good.  I have become more in charge of my career and have accepted responsibility for what I have done and more importantly what I have not done!

In my recent days on Active RainI have read a few posts that have stuck in my mind, one in particular from Amy Hahn entitled "What Brand Are You?  Do You Think Branding is Important?"  This one really struck home.  So I wanted to know how others viewed me. 

I turned to my trusted Facebook profile and posted the question:

Needless to say, I was flabbergasted!  I admit, I did ask people to be nice, and some did post more than 1 answer.  But hey, like Steve Kappre said in his post "If You Don't Promote "You", Who Will?"  So here is my self promotion.

This is my 200th post on Active Rain - I can't believe I have written or re-blogged that many posts!
