A client asked me to pull together some numbers relating to bank owned property closings on the north side of Indianapolis in 2008 and 2009. I was curious too so I pulled the numbers for those areas and some of the hottest investor areas in the city.

The northern suburbs climbed a bit while Indianapolis fell. Is this bottom? Did we bottom last year? Who really knows. But what we do know is that you need strong representation either way - buying and selling.
