I don't know about you but my experience with the 92626 Post Office, the last 45 days has not been good at all! Early in December I had 5 bills sent from the office on Adams, none of them ever arrived at the intended destination. I went to the Post Office to voice my concern ( I really meant to yell, but that is not my nature) the nice supervisor gave me an 800 # to call to lodge my complaint. After thinking about it I thought this was a waste of time, so I took a deep breath & got over the fact that it would cost $20 per check to place a stop payment on each check for a total of $100! I moved on to enjoy the holidays thinking my postal experience would not happen again, I did have the same happen to my mail several years ago at this very post office, just for your information.
Well go figure last week on Thursday I mail an envelope from Costa Mesa to Tustin with over $1.50 of postage on it, due to the weight of print material in it for my client. I call him on Monday to confirm he received my package, nothing shows up in the mail, so today he finally sends me a text that the package has arrived! I told him I should have listened to my wife and us the main Post Office on Susan, they have never lost any of our mail, in fact they can get a letter to La Quinta, CA by the next day!
This blog is so unlike me, just had to vent my concerns with this place. My company would have never lasted since 1976 if I ran it like the post office! Next time I need to mail to Tustin I am using the Pony Express or going to Santa Ana where the mail is not lost or slow!
