Do you get positive reactions to "sneak prevews" from either the sellers or future buyers? Is there a down side?
This sneak preview sounds like a great idea. Is this the first time you've done this?
Margaret,
Bet this one will attract a lot of showings just as soon as it is listed!
An exposed ranch...our favorite and what we chose to build...maximizes the use of every space..can provide a whole different living area for entertainment, guest room, teen or in law suite....sooo many possibilities and a desirable floor plan...good luck...you won't need it !
Margaret this looks like a nice ranch home that would work for a wide audience of buyers. Good luck with it.
I've never heard of a sneak preview. It sounds like a good idea. The house presents nicely.
Thanks Elite Homes for stopping by. Wish I knew your first name.
Kathy, Just call me a tease.
Dena, Looks like some positive comments. What down side could there be?
Barb, Yep, this is a first!
Irene, Thanks for stopping by.
Sally, Remember "The harder I work, the luckier, I get!"
Bill, THanks for you good wishes.
Elyse, Me either but decided to give it a try!
Hi Margaret! I love sharing special homes on my blog too! There is NOTHING that this can hurt--your sellers will love you for it too--they may not be ready to put it on the market just yet, but they see that you're ALREADY working for them!
Thanks for the call--you're always so uplifting and challenge me to do things that I need to get done. You're one smart cookie!
Enjoy your Sunday...
Debe, You are one smart cookie who always does the best presentations for your sellers in North Carolina! I am going to email you in a few minutes.
Thanks, Margaret! Got your email--do your clients know just how detail oriented and thorough you are?! I absolutely cannot wait to send you a referral--I'll be able to sit back and relax! You do such a wonderful job for your clients; we can all learn so much from you!
Debe,
Not sure if you are applying for my PR director...but consider yourself hired whenever you are ready!
Margaret,
What a great house and the interior photos make me want to move in :)
Laura, We are not ready to sell til the Spring. How about a visit to Baltimore and I will personally show you all my special homes. Enjoyed speaking with you this week.
Hi Margaret, just stopping by your active rain site has given me more ideas than I could implement in a month. And this teaser! what a concept. I have the perfect home to use this idea with. Thanks for the education.
Hi Margaret! HA! After the comment you made on mine today, I'm not sure who's vying for whose PR director! I'm still laughing from your comment! Funny that you should mention the PR position though--I am the PR chair for my Rotary club--they said that they wanted me to do it since I was so exuberant about everything! LOL
Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday...
Debe, We both make good PR directors... a much needed skill in our current career. The Rotary club is really fortunate to have you.
I like the idea of a teaser.......I've had good luck with putting out a "Coming Soon" rider on listing when they are not quite ready to go on the market. I get lots of calls from these.
Ann, Guess you are placing a sign before it goes live on the MLS. Haven't done that yet.
The sellers are now ready to sell this beautiful stone rancher... 8820 Greens Lane 21133
