The second Design Review Board Meeting for the proposed grocery store for the Vilano Beach Town Center will be today, Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 3 p.m. at the South Ponte Vedra Civic AssociationBuilding in S. Ponte Vedra. This building is located north of Serenata Beach Club and just before the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve Environmental Education Center.
There was a Design Review Board (DBR) Meeting on December 16th, 2009. The DRB supported all the variances requested by the developer, but asked for more detail on the sign variances. Those updates will be shown at today's meeting.
