FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) has recently published new flood zone maps that affect the areas of  Quogue, Westhampton Beach, Westhampton, Westhampton Dunes, and Remsenburg. As a result your flood insurance needs may have changed. You may be able to lower your insurance costs if the flood zone has changed for the better, and in many cases the zone HAS changed for the better!
