My 1st Active Rain Lead!

By
Real Estate Agent with Newstream Realty

My 1st Active Rain lead came this afternoon! It was an agent from Georgia looking for help finding a rental home. I've been an AR member for a few years but only recently became active. The agent is also a fellow AR member!

Update on this - she was able to lease a home directly from a homeowner that she knows... so it didn't pan out... but I look forward to future leads from AR!

Megan,  Keep up the good work!  I am closing on a AR referral in 2 weeks...so exciting!  Every area of exposure we can get and be consistent with will ultimately yield a harvest.

Megan:  Congratulations on your first Active Rain lead.  By the way... you may not be aware of this, but Active Rain requires that each post we submit be at least fifty words in length to qualify for Active Rain points.  I don't know if "points" and Active Rain ranking are important to you... but you might want to add another twelve words to this post... it points matter.  I know it may sounds silly... but I am just sharing the requirements from the Active Rain Community Guidelines with you.  Take care... and again... congratulations on your lead.  :)

By the way... I noticed on your website that Jonah Phelps is part of your Phelps Team.  Was he formerly a salesperson with Wall Homes in Harmon Ranch ?  If so... I met him about a year ago, and he seemed like a great guy.  Tell him I said hi.

That is too bad that Wall had such problems.  Their designs were so awesome.  And... I thought Harmon Ranch would really "take off"... but it didn't.  Ya just never know.
