Built in 1996, Country Woods is situated within two school districts - the 3 Village School District #1, and the Middle Country School #11.  Country Woods Estates can be reached by Route 347 to Nichols Road South to Pond Path and a right on Morning Glory Drive into the community.  These are Colonial and Post Modern 2 story homes with central air conditioning, gas heat, most have basements and 3 car garages. The majority of these homes have 4/5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths or more. They range in size from about 3,000 sq ft to over 4,000 sq ft. 

The homes here are situated on approximately a shy 1/2 acre of manicured lawns on the tree-lined streets.  The street names at Country Woods are Arbor Field Way, Morning Glory Way, Wisteria Lane, English Ivy Lane, Bower Ct, Sweet Briar Path and Clematis Ct.   According to public records and the multiple listing service, in 2009 there were closed sales at Country Woods in Lake Grove from $600,000 to $760,000.
