Congrats on the award and the home looks fantastic....that is quite a unique coffee table that really works in this space!!
Pangaea - wow! Congratulations on this much deserved award. It should draw many new clients to your services and re-establish you and the stager to use to your existing clients.
The home is staged beautifully - I love the round end tables mixed with the square and rectagular shapes of the other pieces. The various dimentions really create interest that is easy on the eye - great work!
Kathy - Thank you! One of the challenges here was to blend my economical staging inventory with a few high-end custom pieces provided by the architect and some of his associates. That table was one of the designer pieces. It really makes a statement. Almost everything else is mine though.
Debra - Thanks for noticing! One of the things I tried hard to do was to soften the room a bit with organic shapes. When it was empty, everything was very linear.
Congratulations ... not hard to tell why you got the award from these photos ... GORGEOUS!
What colour of brown did you use in the living room ... so rich and chocolaty!
Liz - Thank you so much! The living room, entry and stairwell were painted in two shades of deep brown. Both are Sherwin Williams colors. If I remember right, the one right next to the fireplace is Fiery Brown. The brown elsewhere in the room is French Roast.
Pangaea, Congratulations! What a super accomplishment and what great opportunity for you.
It looks very hip and trendy yet lets the viewer enjoy the view ove the tree tops.
Wow! Congrats on the award! You are certainly deserving. The pictures are fabulous - just like your talent! Way to go!
Janice & Sheila - Thank you both for your kind compliments!
Congratulations! Love the clean, restrained lines of your staging.
Congratulations Pangaea! We love your style and you've done beautiful work in this house as well. Look forward to seeing you soon.
Nancy & David - thank you both for your kind words.
Beautiful work! I love your furnishings, and you are very wise to use a professional photographer!
Deena - First, thank you so much. Second - Yes, a professional photographer makes all the difference! More important than ever with over 90% of buyers looking online before deciding which properties to visit.
Wow! you made that cold empty space into a home. Congratulations on a well earned award!
Fantastic photos of a fabulous home! I love the angle, shooting from above. Congratulations on a well deserved award!
