There is no such thing as an average day for a Realtor, or at least not for this one. I've had busy days, boring days, days with lots of phone calls, days I want to quit and days I love my job. On a whim I decided to photograph and document my day. This only proves that I was busy this day, but no days are alike!

Lynda,Yes, the alarm goes off at 5:30 every day even though I'm usually up before it goes off, I forget to turn it off.

Don, I love those little signs shop keepers put up don't you? Maybe it's a tourist town kinda thing?

Dave, today was busy, tomorrow will be busy and Friday I'm taking the day off, going to Denver I think

Dora and Vincent, I felt inspired. I'm kinda hoping others will do something similar, we can compare notes.

Dena - what an interesting way to document the day. Not sure I have the patience for it. Or I would proabbly forget. Sounds like a pretty normal day for you, in some ways. I suspect you enjoy the variety like I do. It is NEVER dull.

Jeff, I did forget to take the camera out for a few things.

Mostly I want people to know that as agents, we aren't sitting around drinking coffee all day until it's time to go home. I didn't mention all the phone calls I made in route or that my car gained approx 110 miles in one day. Today will be almost as busy, and Friday I'm going to try to take the day off. So next time you say you are busy and the person in front of them rolls their eyes try doing something like I did here.

Dena, that is a long busy day.  I tend to have some long ones myself, but they don't start at 5:30 am :)

Dena, I absolutely loved that day that you "documented" !   I have to say I was getting tired just from reading all the things you did and places you went (although I started coming back to life at the spot for drinks :)  !

Hi Dena,  I liked the photo diary of your busy day! How far is Florence?  Loved the shops letter, too - I see I'm late to your post and the shop is now open again :-)

Nick, you are correct, I did miss the bank that day!

Mary, Florence is "a great little town" It's approx 8 miles South East of Canon City, 45 minutes South of Colorado Springs and 40 West of Pueblo. Many people have never seen or heard of it, a very antique town - except for the Super Max.
