Real Estate Report for Fountain Colorado

According to a recent article in the Gazette written by DeeDee Correll, the Fountain Code Enforcement Department has been on the lookout for code violations in the Fountain Valley Area. Home owners with homes for sale in the area have been upset by their neighbors tall weeds and lack of property upkeep. Fountain has taken on a pro-active stance on the issue and have been out looking for blatant code violations. The city wants to keep Fountains property values good and its image clean. Some neighbors have complained and say that the city is picking on them. In my opinion every city should have code enforcement that takes on a pro-active stance for property issues! DeeDee goes on to state that property owners are given a chance before having to pay a fine.
