HGTV's "My First Place will be airing - HMF HGTV My First Place P-1209, is scheduled to premiere Tuesday, January 12th at 8:00 pm ET (7:00 pm central).

Filmed in Wrigleyville, this fabulous flat's 2nd bedroom had some decorating challenges! Take an akward 9'x15' space with one big Honkin' window from Manly Minimal to Lady Executive Chic! Too... Work within a budget shopping from furniture to flowers and style it in 1/2 a day. Oh yeah, in the parking poor city of Chicago on a Saturday!!!

Man I used all those sassy Home Staging skills. It was a BLAST -

Julea ~ Knowing the tight budget you had to work with, I'm amazed you could source all of that fab furniture and accessories! Great job keying in on the homebuyer's style and giving her what she wanted. I watched the episode and she was so happy!
