GOT WEBSITE?

By
Real Estate Agent with TOVIJE Enterprises, Inc.

Finally, you've joined the ranks....taken the plunge....stepped outside your box.....

Wooohooo! You've got a website!....now the business should start rolling in, right?

Not so fast.....what are you doing to promote your website? It is sad to see agents spend the money to obtain a website and then do NOTHING to promote it.     Do you have a plan?

Is it on your business card?   Do you promote it on your voicemail?   Is it on your car signs?  Are you using website riders?   Is it on every marketing piece you send out?

What is the most unique way you have come up with to market your website?

I fully agree with everything you mentioned and I do plaster my website on everything I can.  It's actually the most prominant element of my business card.  But, by and large, doing so really only reaches a small fraction of the potential visitors compared to internet searches.  Implementing SEO is the best thing one can do, and internet searches drive well over 98% of the visitors to my sites.

Ben, I noticed you said your site is the most prominent element on your business card at Prudential we have certain standards we have to follow and the website cannot be more prominent than other things on our card (like the rock and Prudential's name).

My company has business card stardards as well, but mostly in respects to the size of the logo, which luckily is doesn't need to be very prominent.  Though, I am reducing the size of my website address as I'm redesigning my business card - making some changes to my branding.  My personal branded logo-type will be the most prominent element.
