Using a Realtor to locate property to lease can make your search as easy as 1-2-3! Realtors offer this service for free and can send a list of properties for you to view right to your email. Your local Realtor has access to all types of properties, single houses, condos, townhouses even apartment complexes.

Not all Realtors handle leasing but once you locate one that does there is a little bit of info they will need to help you find your next home.

What part of the city would you like to live in?
Ideally, how many bedrooms would you like to have?
What budget would you like to stay within?

After your Realtor has this info your on your way to finding your next home!

Welcome to Active Rain Romula...... Go Saints! Congratulations on joining the game here. We joined AR primarily to use the outside blog feature combined with Localism. These two have helped us get better page placement on Google searches within subdivisions. They’re worth checking out.

A side benefit of AR is the ability to learn from other agent’s social media creativity and make friends for future referrals. One good way to learn to use AR fast, is to read the posts of the AR staff and the “Ambassadors”. Good stuff there.
